Mom, This Is What I Really Want To Learn From You
Mom, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you do for me. You worry about my future and that’s why you’re so involved in my studies. And you invest money in tutoring that gives me the best possible opportunities. But this is not the time to worry about competition in the job market. That has nothing to do with what I really want to learn from you.
Without a doubt, you are the best mother I could wish for. I am so thankful that I got the best mother on earth. However, there is something you need to remember. My youth will not last forever. It is a fleeting moment that is so unique and so special. And once it’s over, there’s no going back.
In some ways I sometimes feel a little pressured. Sometimes it seems like you put too much emphasis on academic learning. So please let me make a distinction. Academics are not the only thing that matters when it comes to my education and development.
Please don’t be offended. I just want to let you know what I feel and think about my preparation. In my humble opinion, you are overlooking the most important part of my upbringing. Of course you have to think about my future, but don’t forget about my present.
What I really want to know can only be learned by your side!
Mama, there’s so much I want to learn from you. And the best part is that I can appreciate it all by your side. I just need to spend time with you, observe your actions and the choices you make every day. You are the best example I can follow: my biggest role model.
I just want to learn how to be a good person. I hope that in the future I will be someone who is thoughtful, generous and compassionate. Just like you, Mom. That is my heart’s desire. I want to have the same sense of responsibility and your sincerity to face every event in my life.
Mom, you are independent, enterprising, independent and happy. You are the most magical, brilliant person I have ever met. And I want to be just like you. I dream of having your positive and innovative mind. I want to inherit the optimism with which you face life’s challenges.
In the same way, I admire your patience, perseverance, perseverance and tenacity. I want those same qualities. It doesn’t matter what life throws my way. What matters is my noble soul and a good heart. And those are things that cannot be taught in school. Only you can give me that legacy. And you do it every day, without even knowing it.
determination. That’s the word! The ability to embrace my passions and go after my dreams, even when they seem crazy or impossible. Just like you always say, “We deserve to make our wishes come true.” You teach me to believe that I deserve wonderful miracles and I know that I will experience them.
What I want to learn from you is not taught in the classroom
What I want to learn is not taught in schools or educational institutions. However, they are things that I can only learn at home. And this kind of education is free. It takes place in our daily lives, right in front of us. We don’t even notice it happening. It’s spontaneous. It is natural.
What I really want to learn from you mom
Mom, all I want to learn is to be happy. That is the path I must follow in order to have a good future. Of course, that does not mean that academic programs are not important. I know my education is very important. But trust me, happiness is my destiny. And my youth is the path to find it.
I want you to teach me to relax, to be calm. Only then will I be able to move along the valleys of life with the same style and grace as you. I want to learn to stand up straight again and fight every blow that life throws. I want to learn from my mistakes and try again without fear taking over.
You are the best teacher to help me learn the art of gratitude. And so I want to give you my infinite gratitude for your effort, your sacrifice and your dedication. You do it all in the name of motherhood.
By your example you teach me that I can always move on. You show me that I must always give everything in the name of love – unconditional and selfless love.
Mom, the best inheritance you can leave me cannot be bought with money. The biggest investment we can make is spending time together.
What I want to learn from you has nothing to do with English, geography or chemistry. I just want to become a good person. Just be complete. I want to be happy.
